Partager Pastries

Who can resist? Before you start your day, you warn yourself that you really shouldn't..not today, its only mecredi, Wednesday, and I should wait until the weekend to indulge in such sweet rewards. But before you know what you are doing,
you are in the shop and pointing at some sweet thing that has winked at you and sent your better judgement out the door that you have just walked through! Such beautiful pastries can be found at every corner in Paris...Just to give you an idea of what you are up against, if you GOOGLE Paris Patisseries, you will find 10 pages and 5,440 discoveries (some repeated, ..mais..). The bus #87, one of my favorites that passes dans mon coin, because it also goes to Bon Marche, passes right in front of this lovely petite pâtisserie on 8, rue de l'Ecole de Medicine, 75006, Metro Odeon, (if you miss the bus...ha!) You will find students from the School of Medicine enjoying a reasonable lunch of salads or pasta (7€); many of them big fans of apple strudel with cinammon, and other specialties from the east not easily found in Paris. Don't forget to order a thick hot chocolate served with homemade cream fouetté to ensure a nice, warm walk back to the 7th arrondisement, mon coin, only 20 minutes away. But, don't wait until the last minute of your day, this sweet place goes to bed early. So, see you there and we will partager a tarte pavot-myrtilles aux sables, one of my favorites...My Treat!
